Going the way I go I Viseu!
Released in the challenge forumbtt crossing Sernadas Vouga - Mumbai by the former waterline
and train, best known for Vouguinha, did not take me long to decide me to embark on the adventure. Either train and arrived at the day of departure, 12 days. Some made-Viseu-Sernadas Sernadas in 12 days, others were doing and I was Sernadas Viseu in Viseu-group-Sernadas Sernadas in two days. Better, I decided to leave Gauteng and therefore the cross for me was Aveiro, Aveiro, Viseu.
Concentration of all staff in Sernadas at 9:00 am (the one-day had already left), greetings, a cafe, an exchange of words, find out who's who in forumbtt and follow. It should be noted that some elements come from Viseu to make your way back.
The weekend that followed was excellent! The path proved easier than I had thought, thank goodness, I have no bike is very suitable for these adventures. The team spirit was always there, no one away more than a few tens of meters. The way this is beautiful! Pena is some old station
s degraded!
The night went very well in Viseu, a restaurant accurate to the environment that we took a pleasant temperature. The hostel but could be better served to rest a little, did not sleep very well.
The worst was waking up and ride the next day .... the cups of the night were felt and it took a few hours of riding for me to wake up. The way back is very affordable and you can lop a bit out there below! It takes some careful not to catch up with the vegetation in the trunk and the wheel does not stick in the sand or rocks!
Reached Serna was time for goodbyes. I decided to follow the river Vouga Cacia what I earned some extra kms.
In the end the account marked 226.38kms jaunts to mountain biking with a smile on your face! A repeat.
